Logan's Day Spa Wellness Policies
At Logan’s Day Spa, the wellness of our clients and staff is paramount to us. At this time by Provincial mandate All guests are required to wear a mask while in the salon. If you are experiencing symptoms of, or have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your service. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Appointments & Reservations
Please book appointments in advance to help us accommodate your needs. Feel free to express any special request, concerns or health conditions at the time of booking. As a courtesy to our spa technicians and other guests, we kindly ask that all day spa cancellations or changes to your appointment be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel may result in a 50% cancellation charge.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to give you ample time to check-in and begin relaxing before your appointment. For day spa packages or group appointments, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.
No matter how well we prepare, unexpected delays are just part of life. If you expect you may be late for an appointment, please call the spa as soon as possible. Please understand that your appointment may have to be rescheduled to better accommodate all guests.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards work like a gift certificate that never expire. Gift cards may be redeemed for services and/or product or may be transferred to another person. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Payment
Logan’s Day Spa accepts our prepaid gift cards, Visa, MasterCard, Interact Debit and/or cash. Please no cheques
